The Company attaches importance to the technical R&D and fund investment on environmental protection, especially the patented technology of ammonolysis to produce environmentally friendly 2,6-dichloro-p-nitroaniline (chlorination of p-nitrochlorobenzene to produce 3,4,5-trichloronitrobenzene, separation and then ammonolysis), which controls the content of PCB, 2,3,5,6-tetrachlorophenol and pentachlorophenol within 2ppm and dioxins within 1ppb, as an advanced technology worldwide.

       Nantong Luosen Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 with a total investment of RMB 1 billion. The Company is located in Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, Rudong County, and produces niclosamide, 98% spinosad ethanolamine salt original drug and its related preparations, 3,4-dichloroaniline, 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene, 1-aminoanthraquinone, etc. It is the largest production base of niclosamide chemical products worldwide. 
       The Company has established a complete industrial chain structure, which finally produces spinosad ethanolamine salt with the raw material of p-nitrochlorobenzene, through 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene - o-chloro-p-nitroaniline - niclosamide - 98% spinosad ethanolamine salt original drug.
       The Company maintains strict control of costs at all levels starting from upstream products, not only ensuring the most stable product quality for the customers, but also maximizing the economic benefits for them.

       Wujiang Keou Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. was put into operation in January 2008. The Company has a total investment of RMB 200 million and a daily treatment capacity of 50,000 tons of chemical and domestic wastewater. Since the commencement of production, the Company has been continuously pushing the boundaries of wastewater treatment technology. Initially, the Company introduced advanced wastewater treatment technology from Germany, and subsequently developed a new anaerobic treatment technology independently for treating substances that cannot be treated by purely aerobic technology, resulting in a stable control of COD emissions below 50.
       Keou has been adhering to strict self-regulation, while maintaining a sufficient level of safety redundancy for the national statutory emission standards.

       Wujiang Luosen Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was put into operation in January 2008. The Company has a total investment of 500 million RMB, covers an area of 800 mu (equivalent to about 53.33 ha.) and has an annual power generation capacity of 180 million kWh.
       In 2014-2015, Luosen Thermal Power Plant invested RMB 50 million for the upgrading of desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal. Luosen Thermal Power is at the forefront of energy saving and emission reduction.
